What I'm looking for

I seek roles where I can lead analysis and product design in Agile teams, drive digital transformation, mentor analysts, and deliver user-centered solutions.

I am an Analysis Unit Manager with a Software Engineering degree and strong experience coordinating analysis, design and development for web and mobile projects. I lead requirement-gathering, feasibility studies and lifecycle planning to deliver customer-focused solutions.

I have managed migrations from EXE to web architectures and guided teams to build React + MUI-based interfaces aligned with UX/UI principles. I also design mobile solutions for iOS and Android and prepare flow, screen and scope documentation for end users.

My projects include leading a web-based Hospital Information Management System, developing an AI-powered Billing Robot to improve hospital billing accuracy and driving digital transformation that digitized patient workflows across hospitals. I also organize team engagement activities that improved collaboration.

I work with Agile/Scrum processes and tools such as JIRA, and I use SQL, ASP.NET and modern UI tools (Balsamiq, Mockups, Figma) to translate user needs into sustainable, efficient products. I communicate professionally in English (C1).
