I’m an Assistant Teacher with almost three years of professional experience supporting students one-on-one, collecting behavior and learning progress data, and implementing protocols with full integrity.

I’ve built strong classroom routines through creating and modifying lessons, preparing individualized materials, and maintaining a positive, safe learning environment. I use student-centered approaches so activities align with learning objectives and meet individual needs.

In prior roles, I strengthened my support, organization, and communication skills—collecting and logging classroom data, preparing classrooms, and assisting in a school office with tasks like answering calls, organizing files, and supporting staff with messages.

In previous experiences, I have been able to strengthen many of my skills in leadership and general management.

I also bring leadership and customer-focused experience as a Lead Cashier, where I was trained in scheduling and shift tasks using Word and Excel. I’m currently studying Secondary Education at Howard Community College and hold a Paraprofessional credential.
