I’m seeking to leverage my background in retail housing finance and InsurTech operations in a Risk Analyst, Business Analyst, or Product Growth role.

At Dorian Mode Technologies Pvt. Ltd., I built the customer support function from scratch, setting up daily workflows, ticket tracking, and escalation rules. I also supported ISO 27001 compliance by reviewing workflows, identifying process gaps, and preparing documentation.
