At Platform Commons, I owned end-to-end design for an 800+ screen platform serving 5M+ consumer and admin users. I built a scalable design system from zero and redesigned 200+ legacy admin screens using user research and information architecture.
Through field research, I uncovered friction in a core approval workflow and restructured the access-control experience, eliminating a critical fraud and security vulnerability. I also redesigned a core form as a guided onboarding workflow, cutting first-time-admin errors by 40%.
