I’m a Data Analyst with hands-on SQL and cloud data-warehouse experience in Google BigQuery, building dashboards and queries that track conversion, productivity, and funnel metrics. I own KPI tracking end-to-end—from pipeline to dashboard to recommendation—so insights translate into clear action plans.

At ACKO Technology & Services, I automated daily sales/ops KPI dashboards (AHT, FCR, SLA, QA) in Tableau and Power BI, replacing manual spreadsheets. I also built funnel & drop-off analysis using Amplitude lifecycle-attribution models, and engineered a centralized Customer Experience data mart in BigQuery (star-schema, SCD Type 2) with regex-driven data-quality checks at ingestion.

My work extends from experimentation to operational analytics: I’ve designed A/B tests, applied hypothesis testing and confidence-interval evaluation, and diagnosed conversion bottlenecks with SQL on large clickstream datasets. I bring a stakeholder-first approach—communicating insights to non-technical teams—and I also enjoy deep technical problem-solving, including complex SQL lineage resolution frameworks.
