What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a procurement or supply chain role where I can support supplier coordination, purchase orders, and inventory control—using Microsoft Excel, ERP systems, and Power BI to improve reporting and ensure smooth, interruption-free operations.

I’m a Procurement Assistant with experience in procurement and supply chain operations, supporting day-to-day purchasing from supplier sourcing to quotation and purchase order processing. I prepare quotation comparison sheets, coordinate with suppliers and internal teams, and follow up on deliveries to resolve procurement issues and reduce operational disruptions.

I’m skilled in inventory management, reporting, and negotiation support, and I work closely with production, warehouse, and finance teams to keep procurement smooth. I bring strong analytical capability using Microsoft Excel and ERP systems, with Power BI and system exposure through my learning and procurement & documentation handling work.
