I spent two and a half years at Mitt Arv eventually leading design team of 7, and slowly realized the decisions that mattered most weren't happening in Figma.

Watching how product decisions directly shaped user outcomes made one thing clear: I wanted to be closer to that process. That pull is what pushed me toward PM.

The shift wasn't abrupt. At Mitt Arv, the work had already started crossing over. Beyond design, I was writing PRDs, defining user stories, running discovery, setting metrics, coordinating across engineering and marketing, and leading a team of 7 designers through sprint cycles. The PM thinking was already there; I just needed to build the formal foundation around it.

That's what the HelloPM fellowship has been about. I've spent the last few months doing structured product work: a guided onboarding system for Smallcase, a UPI fraud-awareness layer, and a RAG-powered credit card assistant with a full pricing model and technical architecture. Each project pushed me to go deeper on discovery, metrics, and trade-offs.

My CS background means I can work directly with engineering without needing translation. My design background means I come to every problem thinking about the user first. Together, that gives me a way of working that sits comfortably at the intersection of both.
