At Vmax Solutions, I build and maintain production GenAI systems for TGSPDCL, including a multilingual 1912 voice helpline, an AI WhatsApp chatbot, and a DTR survey OCR backend. On the voice helpline, I reduced average response latency by 65% through prompt and context trimming, Redis-backed sessions, and self-hosted vLLM inference.
I also delivered the DTR OCR backend, which extracted 8 million data points from 10 lakh nameplates and removed about 20,000 hours of manual data entry. My work spans conversation flows, LLM tool calling, and integrations with TGSPDCL systems, with Telugu, Hindi, and English support.
