At OG Healthcare, I supported US telehealth physicians across more than seven medical specialties, progressing through five internal tiers to Senior Medical Documentation Specialist. I produced real-time clinical documentation, resolved discrepancies against physician input and clinical records, and upheld HIPAA-context confidentiality standards across thousands of patient encounters.

I work confidently across Athenahealth, Kareo, NextGen, Allscripts, Practice Fusion, and AdvancedMD, adapting to varied clinical data structures and protocol-driven workflows. I’ve also trained newer scribes on documentation standards and workflow consistency.

I’m transitioning into Clinical Data Management, Pharmacovigilance, HealthTech, and Healthcare Analytics, building on my B.Pharm background, GCP ICH E6(R3) certification, Python, SQL, machine learning coursework, and AI evaluation work at DataAnnotation.tech. My projects include clinical text classification and SQL-based analysis of 100,000+ patient records.
