What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a construction role where I can lead site delivery with strong planning and project controls, ensure QA/QC and HSE compliance, manage stakeholders, and drive cost-effective, on-time outcomes through practical value engineering.

I’m a Site Manager with over 4 years of experience managing large-scale construction projects, focused on project controls, quality assurance, and stakeholder management. I’ve delivered results such as reducing project costs by over 10% through effective value engineering, while maintaining strong compliance to safety regulations.

On my sites, I oversee and coordinate daily construction activities, interpret and clarify contract drawings and specifications, and ensure accurate setting out against approved benchmarks. I drive planning and performance by developing and updating the construction work programme, producing structured reporting (progress, cost, materials, and valuation), and controlling materials, measurements, and interim payment certificates for cost control and delivery within budget and timeline.

My background also includes supervising engineering and execution for enabling infrastructure across multiple well pads, plus quality-focused roles where I developed and verified mix designs, implemented value engineering strategies, and built quality documentation (quality plans, method statements, inspection and test plans). I’m now pursuing an MSc in Construction Management to deepen my ability to lead projects with discipline, clarity, and measurable outcomes.
