At FMX, I coordinate architectural and MEP Revit models in Navisworks, track clashes with design teams, and review electrical models against construction documents. I also established shared coordinates and authored the BIM standards used for new client projects.
As an FMX BIM Modeler, I translated client DWG drawings into Revit building and equipment models and standardized families and parameters. I developed Python scripts to validate model and equipment data, replacing hours of manual cleanup each week.
In independent projects, I’ve modeled coordinated HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and electrical systems, including a hospital MEP model. I use Navisworks for clash detection and Dynamo to automate selected repetitive Revit tasks.
