At Zixel Technologies, I designed and developed the initial implementation of a Sheet Metal module refactor for a commercial modeling application built on the Parasolid kernel. I also led the topology naming migration for sheet metal features.
I developed and shipped three sheet metal features—Pattern, Mirror, and Tab & Slot—and closed more than 200 critical issues and bugs. I also developed the Weldment module from scratch and created its first two features, Weldment Element and Weldment Trim.
I built unit test frameworks for Sheet Metal and Weldment and wrote a 13-chapter technical guide on the ZCM topology naming subsystem, along with five further technical documentations. I’m most interested in the seam where software meets hardware, and I’m comfortable reading a datasheet or schematic as well as working in C, C++, and Rust.
