At Alex and Amersi Advocates LLP, I head the Conveyancing and Commercial Department, advising on property transactions and commercial matters. I conduct due diligence, review title documents, and support property acquisitions and transfers for clients including Public Service Superannuation Fund and Elimisha Watoto Foundation.
I draft and negotiate commercial leases and rental agreements, advise on property rights and compliance, and handle security documentation. Earlier, as an Associate at Mutegi & Mutegi Advocates, I conducted legal research, drafted pleadings and legal opinions, and assisted with conveyancing transactions.
