I'm currently delivering enterprise data initiatives at CrowdPlat, following four years as Offshore Cloud DWH Lead at Novo ProSo.
At Novo ProSo, I scoped projects, gathered requirements, planned resources, and designed logical and physical warehouse models. I led build, test, and production deployment for high-availability shared-service environments using Snowflake, dbt, IICS, Qlik Replicate, Tableau, Python, and Azure.
Across IBM, I led data integration and BI teams, supported migrations from Informatica PowerCenter and Oracle to Informatica Cloud and Snowflake, and created Tableau data sources for dashboards. I also established integration guidelines, reviewed code, resolved data issues, and kept delivery aligned with architectural and quality standards.
Earlier at IBM and Accenture, I built and tested ETL solutions with DataStage, Informatica, Oracle, SQL Server, and DB2. I enjoy leading onsite-offshore teams, mentoring engineers, and modernizing secure, scalable data platforms that help organizations make informed decisions.
