What I'm looking for

I'm seeking an entry-level Assistant Counselling Psychologist, Counsellor, Tele Counsellor, or Psychology Research Intern role where I can contribute case documentation, active listening, counselling support, and clinical learning.

At AA Rahim Memorial District Hospital, Kollam, I conducted Mental Status Examinations, case histories, and individual counselling for psychiatric OPD and inpatient cases, supporting assessment and management across depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, and substance dependence.

I worked alongside psychiatrists and senior doctors in daily interviews, intervention sessions, case discussions, and multidisciplinary treatment planning. I also supported forensic assessment work in medico-legal child sexual abuse cases through trauma-informed interviewing, documentation, and coordination under psychiatrist supervision.

Alongside clinical work, I authored a case-analysis report covering 10 psychological cases with differential diagnosis and case formulation. I also wrote and directed Dark Within, an award-selected short film about hope and recovery from a suicidal crisis.
