What I'm looking for

I’m seeking to apply my theoretical knowledge in real-world mental health settings and grow as an ethical, competent Counseling Psychologist. I hope to create a safe, non-judgmental, and empowering space where people feel heard, understood, and supported.

At ASCOMS Hospitals, I gained practical experience in counseling and clinical practice. I assisted with psychological assessments, observed case history taking, and participated in patient interactions under professional supervision.

During my field visit to J&K society for promotion of youth and masses, I observed rehabilitation interventions for individuals affected by substance use disorders and learned about counseling approaches and community-based mental health services.

At Inclusive school, Model Academy Jammu, I observed inclusive teaching practices and support strategies for children with diverse learning and developmental needs. I also saw multidisciplinary interventions supporting students’ academic, social, and emotional development.

At Manipal hospital, Baner, Pune, I gained supervised exposure to psychological and psychiatric cases. I observed interviews, assessments, case formulation, and tailored interventions, and developed practical skills in rapport building, psychoeducation, and professional ethics.
