At Leão Group Global, I develop legal and evidentiary strategies for U.S. immigration matters and prepare immigrant and nonimmigrant petitions under U.S. immigration attorney supervision.

I've progressed from Immigration Case Manager to Senior Immigration Paralegal, overseeing case preparation, reviewing filings and forms, advising clients, and supervising Case Managers. My work spans EB-1A, EB-1C, EB-2, EB-2 NIW, EB-3, EB-5, O-1, L-1, E-2, F-1/F-2, adjustment of status, change of status, and extension of status matters.

Before immigration practice, I drafted litigation submissions and conducted legal research at Brazil's Federal Public Defender's Office and Federal Court. I'm a Brazil-licensed attorney with additional global mobility experience involving Portugal, Europe, and the United Arab Emirates.
