I am an Operations & Administration professional with over 17 years' experience supporting engineering, construction, and services projects. I build and maintain administrative systems, coordinate workflows, and ensure timely project communications to keep large programs running smoothly.

I have led office management, document control, and data systems initiatives for major projects, developing templates, processes, and IT support that reduced delays and improved reporting accuracy. I also manage social media strategy and event coordination to support business growth.
