At dinCloud Pakistan (ATSG/XTIUM), I led the migration of customer environments from legacy platforms to secure cloud infrastructure, including Nutanix HCI, reducing operational costs by 25%. I also established enterprise-wide KPIs that improved infrastructure reliability and team productivity by 30%.
At dinCloud, I shaped cloud and infrastructure strategies and guided security architecture and technology evaluation across enterprise, hybrid and cloud environments. I developed security controls based on CIS Benchmarks, NIST and STIG, maintaining PCI-DSS and SOC 2 Type II compliance.
Earlier at dinCloud, I integrated Ceph storage, improving storage efficiency and performance by 30%, and implemented Zabbix monitoring across more than 300 devices. I helped maintain 99.99% availability for critical infrastructure supporting approximately 9,000 virtual machines.
At National University of Sciences and Technology (NUST), I designed and led Pakistan's first academic high-performance computing lab, securing more than PKR 16 million in funding. I now teach Computer Networks, Penetration Testing and Ethical Hacking, and Advanced Operating Systems as visiting faculty.
