I am a procurement and supply professional and a graduate holding a Certificate in Public Procurement and Supply Management from Tanzania Public Service College. I aim to secure a challenging, responsible position in Procurement and Supply Management where I can apply my skills and experience to support an organization’s mission, vision, goals, and objectives.

In my work, I focus on “Value for Money” by ensuring procurement is achieved through Transparency, Accountability, and Timely Delivery. I evaluate vendor performance, prepare bid documents and tender advertisements, advise on disposal of obsolete or condemned items, and process procurement tenders according to approved agency policies and procedures.

I also maintain and update registers of approved suppliers, local purchase orders, contracts, invoices, and related records, while monitoring supply of ordered goods and following up to ensure contracts are honored. I prepare cost parameters and budgets, conduct cost analyses, estimate and negotiate better pricing, monitor stock levels and inventory needs, produce monthly reports on the status of ordered goods, and support procurement compliance with the Public Procurement Act.
