At TekTariq IT Solutions Limited, I built the TekTariq Academy community from zero, growing membership by 40%+ and participation by 50%. I tracked engagement, retention, and completion KPIs, reporting insights to leadership as cohort completion reached up to 60%.
At RemoteWorkHER, I designed and ran selection for the Ambassadorship Programme, reviewing 3,000+ applications and shortlisting about 200. At Efata, I recruited 15 ambassadors from 38 applications and was their main point of contact, coordinating and supporting them day to day.
At AMALEN, I led the Muslim Talent Conference (MTC 1.0), creating the project plan and budget, securing partner support, and coordinating speakers and participating talents. I closed out the programme with a final report and received an Award of Excellence. I hold community management certifications from FeverBee and HerTechAfrica, and a Community Operations Certificate from Tiffany Academy.
