What I'm looking for

I want to grow professionally in plant operations where I can deliver safe, on-spec performance, strengthen troubleshooting and productivity improvement, and continuously improve processes through strong safety execution, SOP discipline, and teamwork.

I’m a Process Operator with hands-on experience in manufacturing, especially Uni-Vation Technology for LLDPE and Polypropylene Plant. I operate key equipment like reciprocating and centrifugal compressors, hermetic pumps, and fluidized bed reactors, and I execute local operations through DCS & SOP to reach on-spec final product.

Across my roles, I’m accountable for operation care of equipment by performing routine checks on vibrations, oil level, temperature, and pressure. I also ensure safety by implementing LT & T lists and executing work permits for Hot & Cold work, while reviewing HAZOP studies and identifying mismatching P&ID and isometric drawing details.

I’ve grown from commissioning and pre-commissioning new polyethylene plants to leading unit performance targets as a Unit Head Water Treatment Plant, where I managed KPI in the production department. Highly motivated to develop skills, I focus on troubleshooting process issues and driving productivity improvement through leadership, teamwork, and process improvement mindset.
