I am an experienced accounts receivable (AR) caller and former school teacher with a B.A. in English and Communication. I bring practical experience in denial management, dialing systems, and administrative tools across healthcare collections environments.

At Access Healthcare Pvt Ltd and AGS Health Pvt Ltd I worked as an AR caller, handling account follow-ups, denials, and customer communications using MS Word, MS Excel and dialing platforms. My roles emphasized accuracy, persistence, and clear multilingual communication in English, Hindi, Tamil and Urdu.

Earlier, I served as a teacher at EuroKids International School and Bharathiyar Matriculation School, developing lesson plans and supporting student learning, which strengthened my communication, patience, and organizational abilities.
