I am a Business Administration student pursuing a BSc in Business Administration through the University of London at UCL TILS, with practical training and hands-on project experience in Digital Media Marketing, social media, customer communication, lead generation, and AI-powered business solutions.

My digital marketing skills include Meta Ads Manager, Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, SEO, keyword research, Google Business Profile, audience research, content creation, and basic campaign monitoring. I also have experience creating promotional content and marketing creatives using Canva, CapCut, Adobe tools, and PicsArt.

Alongside digital marketing, I am interested in customer-facing and business support roles, including Virtual Assistant, Customer Support, Chat Support, Call Center, Appointment Setting, Sales Support, Lead Generation, and Business Development positions. I am comfortable communicating with customers, answering questions, handling inquiries, organizing information, following up with leads, and supporting day-to-day business operations.

I have also worked on independent projects involving AI automation, including an AI voice receptionist concept designed to handle customer calls, answer FAQs, collect customer information, transfer calls, and support appointment booking. This has helped me develop an interest in combining technology, customer experience, and digital marketing.

I am a strong English communicator, fluent in Urdu, comfortable with remote work, and familiar with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Excel, Google Sheets, Notion, Shopify, WordPress, and other digital tools. I am a fast learner, organized, adaptable, and open to learning new software and systems.

I am currently looking for remote, hybrid, or on-site opportunities, including full-time, part-time, internship, and entry-level positions. I am particularly interested in Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, SEO, Virtual Assistance, Customer Support, Chat Support, Call Center, Lead Generation, Appointment Setting, Sales Support, E-commerce, and other business support roles.
