At Automotive Robotics India Private Limited, supporting Caterpillar, I identified monitoring gaps across AWS-hosted microservices and implemented CloudWatch alarms and Grafana dashboards to improve platform visibility and reduce MTTD.
I also used Cisco ThousandEyes to monitor application availability and external dependencies, and collaborated with development teams on custom alarms for 5xx API errors. I defined and tracked SLOs and SLAs, monitored production deployments, and managed incidents through ServiceNow, including root cause analysis and post-incident reviews.
At Virtusa Consulting Services Private Limited, supporting Cytiva, I designed and implemented DevOps workflows across on-premises and AWS environments. I built Jenkins CI/CD pipelines, automated infrastructure with Terraform and Ansible, and deployed Docker workloads and Kubernetes clusters.
I also administered tools including GitHub, SonarQube, and JFrog Artifactory, and led GitHub Enterprise upgrades and repository migrations. I hold the Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104) certification.
