Gwenyth Bergstrom

I am a dedicated Registered Nurse with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences. Currently, I work at Boston Medical Center, where I provide compassionate care to postpartum patients and newborns. My role involves performing timely assessments and triage, ensuring that I prioritize care effectively while addressing the unique needs of each patient.

Throughout my clinical experience, I have developed strong skills in patient education, particularly in areas such as breastfeeding and newborn care. I take pride in my ability to communicate effectively with patients and their families, offering guidance and support during emotionally charged situations. Additionally, I have managed complex discharges for patients facing social challenges, demonstrating my adaptability and sensitivity to diverse populations.

As a member of the Nursing Informatics Council, I collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance electronic health record workflows and documentation practices.
