At Universidade Paulista (UNIP), I support administrative and academic services for distance-learning students, helping with questions about procedures, deadlines, documents, and requests.

I record and update academic information in Lyceum, assist with enrollment and other academic processes, and organize documents for review and forwarding.

I also support the Secretariat and Distance Learning Coordination with administrative routines, student requests, spreadsheets, reports, and service through digital channels.

Earlier, as a Young Apprentice in the Diploma Department at Associação Educacional Nove de Julho (UNINOVE), I prepared and checked academic documents, supported the Coordination and Academic Secretariat, and assisted students and the public in person and by phone.
