I’m looking for a role where I can own technical outcomes end-to-end—using SQL/Python to fix data issues, automate workflows, and provide Tier 2/T3 support—while working closely with engineering and communicating results clearly to business stakeholders.

I’m a Data Consultant Specialist with 7+ years of combined experience deploying, configuring, and troubleshooting hardware-software systems in industrial environments. In my current role at Assent, I serve as the primary technical contact for 30+ enterprise accounts, using SQL queries and Python scripts to resolve data quality and platform configuration problems and to improve SLA adherence. I run structured data workshops to diagnose ingestion failures, automate transformation/validation/reporting workflows, and maintain Jira/Zendesk knowledge base documentation that reduces repeat escalations.

Before that, I built deep Tier 2 support expertise by deploying and maintaining computer-vision monitoring systems for mining equipment, where I handled hardware faults, network connectivity issues, sensor failures, and software configuration errors. I also authored troubleshooting guides, performed production system maintenance and database administration, and wrote Python and BASH scripts to reduce manual overhead across deployed fleets.
