Recent results: post production cut from 30 minutes to under 5 across roughly 30 client sites, returning 110 to 215 hours a year; an AI product’s running cost cut by 95%; website builds down from hours to minutes.
What I build is meant to keep working after I leave: the rules that matter are enforced in the database itself and not just on the screen, and every change has to pass an automated check before it ships. I direct AI coding agents and review everything they produce, so more gets built per week without adding headcount.
