What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an analytics role where I can build and deploy dashboards and KPI reporting using Python, SQL, and Power BI. I want a team that values data-driven decisions and continuous improvement.

I’m an entry-level Data Analyst focused on turning messy data into production-ready dashboards and analytics applications. I’ve built and deployed interactive analytics with Python, SQL, and Power BI, and I’m certified in Microsoft PL-300 (Power BI) and MOS Excel.

In my projects, I track business KPIs and translate them into decision-ready insights—like revenue, discount loss, return rate, and customer ratings in a fashion analytics dashboard. I also built an end-to-end camping guide app using live weather data and Groq AI (LLaMA 3.1) for natural-language recommendations.

Through my work in a call centre, I analyze call and customer interaction data to identify root causes, uncover UX gaps, and support continuous service improvement. I enjoy hands-on analytics work—cleaning data, engineering KPI features, and communicating findings clearly so teams can act on them.
