What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an education or technology leadership role where I can teach IT, lead instructors and student programs, manage research and projects, and create innovative learning experiences.

I've taught students in IT courses at the International University for the Humanities and Development in Ashgabat, using innovative teaching methodologies and preparing course syllabi.

As Head of the Modern Computer Technologies Department, I manage teaching staff and large student groups, oversee complex design projects, and complete programming and development work for public and internal websites. I also organize competitions, expeditions, and student research activities while maintaining departmental reports.

I've also served as Deputy Dean responsible for Scientific Affairs, managing faculty research, scientific exhibitions, events, and competitions.
