I am a dedicated Lead Mechanical Engineer with a strong background in mechanical engineering, particularly in the design and development of electro-mechanical systems for wind turbine generators. My journey began with a Master’s in Mechanical Engineering from the prestigious Faculdade de Engenharia da Universidade do Porto, where I graduated with an A. I have honed my skills through various roles, including as a Mechanical Engineer/Project Coordinator at Insparya R&D, where I co-led research projects in medical devices and automation.

One of my proudest achievements was leading the initiative for cost reduction in the Busbar systems for the largest wind turbine generator to date, in collaboration with McKinsey & Company. This project not only showcased my ability to manage complex designs but also highlighted my commitment to innovation and efficiency. I am passionate about utilizing my technical skills in Finite Elements, CAD, and project management methodologies like SCRUM and Agile to drive impactful results in the engineering field.
