What I'm looking for

I'm looking for full-time or part-time consulting work in environmental, water-resources, energy, or infrastructure projects, where I can support permitting, regulatory compliance, hydrological analysis, and stakeholder coordination. I'm available immediately and willing to travel.

I've led environmental assessments, permitting, and hydrological analysis for ENTRIX Latin America across mining, energy, and infrastructure projects, including the Cangrejos Mining Project and OCP environmental monitoring.

For CELEC EP TRANSELECTRIC's IDB-financed National Transmission System Reinforcement Program, I evaluated projects and quantified avoided CO₂ emissions supporting Ecuador's energy-transition objectives. I've also managed World Bank environmental compliance, coordinated watershed conservation with rural communities, and developed regulatory instruments for Ecuadorian public institutions.

My work combines water-resources modeling, GIS, environmental regulation, and practical coordination among government, communities, utilities, consultants, and multilateral donors.
