At 95 Capital, I evaluate lower-middle-market acquisition opportunities, author investment committee memos, and build ground-up 3-statement LBO models for 7- and 8-figure transactions. I’ve led forensic diligence that surfaced deferred CapEx, hidden free-cash-flow opportunities, and unmitigable operating risks, helping shape negotiation protections and post-close reporting transitions.
I also execute buy-side M&A and valuation work, including $10M+ transactions at Emergencias, and coach MSc in Finance candidates at Universidad del CEMA on DCF modeling, IRR, NPV, sensitivities, and capital budgeting.
