I’m a Creative and wellness-focused Social Media Marketing Executive, Content Creator, and Weight Management Consultant. I blend social media strategy with client support to help people build healthier habits and stay consistent.

In my freelance role as a Personal Trainer & Wellness Coach, I provide customized workout guidance for weight loss, strength, and general fitness. I monitor client progress, motivate adherence, and adjust plans based on individual results—while using yoga to improve flexibility, mobility, posture, breathing, and overall wellness.

In social media marketing, I work as a Social Media Marketing Executive for GTA Developers (Kiwaao Media), managing social media accounts and daily posting activity. I design logos and creatives, create and edit reels/videos to improve engagement, and support content planning and posting across digital platforms while balancing multiple responsibilities.

I’m also a certified 200-hour Multi-Style Yoga Teacher-in-training (RYT 200), with knowledge of Hatha yoga, Ashtanga yoga, pranayama, meditation, yoga philosophy, and teaching methodology. My approach is rooted in communication, organization, leadership, and delivering content and coaching that feel practical, supportive, and results-driven.
