I build and ship production full-stack web apps and automation systems, with a focus on manufacturing workflows that move from multi-day effort to minutes. I’ve spent 5 years turning complex, expert processes into reliable software that teams can actually use.

Most recently, I delivered a live full-stack manufacturing analytics dashboard with AI-generated briefings. I engineered a robust data layer, shipped via multi-stage Docker builds, and diagnosed production boot failures from gunicorn logs to resolve a multi-worker race condition. I also added graceful AI behavior—LLM summarization with a rule-based fallback.

Earlier, I built a React configurator with a rules engine and XML pipeline so sales could produce manufacturing-ready designs without engineering involvement. Through the API integration layer, I supported 100,000+ unique parts and 30,000+ SKUs across 5 product lines, and removed manual BOM entry by standardizing part data for automated ERP pushes.

Before that, I worked on systems that improved operational visibility and efficiency, including real-time production dashboards and Python/VBA automation for scheduling and cut-order optimization. I also supported finance leadership with SQL debugging and invoice tooling, balancing practical engineering with sensitive customer data requirements.
