At Fed Ex Ground, I sort packages by route, destination, and delivery schedule. I load and unload trailers, assist with loading delivery trucks, and report damaged freight.
As a Personal Shopper at Giant Eagle, I helped customers find items that suited their needs and selected approved substitutes when products were unavailable. I checked freshness and expiration dates and packaged groceries carefully for safe transport.
I have an Associate of Science in Cybersecurity from University of Phoenix. Outside work, I create 3D models with Blender and do commissions.
