I've built stochastic SIR epidemic and Wright-Fisher population genetics models using Roman trade, paleoclimate, and ancient DNA datasets, identifying thresholds where epidemic pressure destabilizes institutional and genetic recovery.

I'm also building an Ensemble Kalman Filter weather bias-correction model from NASA POWER data across six Kenyan weather stations to support flood and drought early-warning design. During my IT attachment at the Kenya National Commission for UNESCO, I maintained server infrastructure, supported staff, and assisted with cybersecurity monitoring.
