What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead patient-centered, equitable care—using AI-enabled workflow improvements to optimize efficiency, support fairness, and strengthen clinical research and advocacy in a mission-driven healthcare organization.

I’m a Board-Certified Internist and Medical Director committed to delivering high-quality, equitable healthcare across diverse populations. My work focuses on advancing health equity and addressing systemic disparities through patient-centered care, advocacy, and clinical research.

I lead Minneapolis Health Clinic and expand care through Totoe Medical Services and health equity initiatives, including founding programs that serve minorities and underserved communities. I’ve secured federal/state grants, provided in-person and telemedicine services (including immigration medical exams and mental health screenings), and educated communities through outreach and social media.

Clinically, I serve as a Hospitalist/Nocturnist and previously held nocturnist roles across multiple hospitals and clinics. I also integrate artificial intelligence into medical workflows to optimize clinical workflows, improve system efficiency, and support fair, evidence-based treatment for all patients—backed by publications and presentations in transfusion medicine and related research.
