What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a remote technical support role in SaaS where I can diagnose web application issues, explain technical details clearly to users, and continue growing across front-end and API troubleshooting.

I contributed front-end features to Faulu Bank’s live customer-facing banking website at Eclectics International, building responsive Angular interfaces and debugging browser issues with DevTools.

I also build full-stack web projects with React, Flask, SQLAlchemy, and REST APIs, and I enjoy tracing technical problems clearly for non-technical users in remote SaaS support.
