In my roles, I’ve supported day-to-day operations through office coordination, documentation, and accurate record-keeping. I’ve prepared and maintained reports and spreadsheets, managed executive communications on behalf of executives, and handled confidential tasks with care.

I also bring direct client-facing experience. I’ve handled client inquiries, supported onboarding with accurate documentation, provided timely information on financial services, and advised clients on insurance policies—while building and maintaining customer relationships through field marketing.

More recently, I’ve expanded into digital brand work by managing content and social media presence. I create and curate brand content (including blog posts and videos), organize meeting support tasks (agendas and minutes), and use tools like Canva, Business Suite, Zoom, Microsoft Office Suite, and PDF editing to get work done efficiently.
