I’m a Design Head and Product Designer who influences user behavior at scale through interface design and visual command. I place no element without purpose, using patterns that emphasize clarity, structure, and controlled user navigation.

As the sole designer at Contractor Plus LLC., I built a 0→1 design system, brand identity, and the whole CRM—scaling UX/UI for a SaaS platform from scratch to peak ~$1.32M+ annual revenue, driving a 25x growth phase. I stabilized the product at ~$110K MRR with 2,500+ paid customers and reduced churn by 80% (26% → 5%) through design decisions.

Previously, I designed across multi-surface experiences at Solivia, analyzing 100+ user interactions and heatmaps to translate behavioral data into actionable UX improvements. I established a component-driven design system (50+ modules) to improve consistency and speed of execution, delivering web, mobile, and wearable UX in a high-speed startup environment.

I also bring product and experimentation depth through end-to-end work: directing UX for a blockchain-based encrypted chat system, launching a reward-based liquor marketplace from zero to production, and executing an NFT launch where I engineered an ERC-721 smart contract in Solidity and designed systems for 700+ artwork.
