At NetraClouds Inc., I developed and maintained an ISO/IEC 27001 SOP framework covering six security areas, supporting control assessments, risk documentation, audit readiness, and corrective-action tracking.
I also reviewed escalated alerts in Microsoft Sentinel, correlating security and sign-in logs to document findings and recommend response actions. At Witease Music, I assessed web applications against the OWASP Top 10 and retested remediated findings; at Bell Canada, I built an automated network performance testing framework.
