What I'm looking for

I'm looking to continue building customer communication and document automation solutions, contributing across development, testing, deployment, and production support in a collaborative technology team.

At ICICI Bank, I develop and maintain Banking Customer Communication Management solutions using Quadient Inspire. I design statements, letters, certificates, notifications, and regulatory communications for banking applications.

I map XML, JSON, CSV, TXT, fixed-length, and multi-record data, then build validations, reusable components, and event scripts with Inspire Scripting and Groovy. I also configure document-generation workflows in Inspire Automation for PDF, PS, HTML, email, and SMS outputs.

I support the complete document lifecycle, including requirement analysis, unit testing, SIT/UAT, deployment, production issue resolution, operational reporting, and OmniDocs integration.

I'm a certified Quadient Inspire Designer R16, ICM, Inspire Interactive, and Inspire Scaler professional, with additional hands-on skills in Python, SQL, GitHub, Postman, AWS, JIRA, and Linux.
