Gongati Mounika

I've completed a B.Tech in Civil Engineering and developed a project on stabilising soil using P.E.T. plastic to reduce environmental plastic waste while increasing soil strength.

I've used AutoCAD for building drafting and have learned STAAD Pro, supported by on-job training through the Academy of Construction. I also attended a seminar on advanced construction equipment and techniques and visited KVC Cement Factory to understand cement manufacturing for large-scale construction supply.

I'm motivated by challenging work, continuous learning, research, and applying my knowledge to practical civil engineering work.
