At Skillsoft Corporation, I led the design and delivery of a commission data platform integrating Salesforce, PeopleSoft, and SharePoint to feed Xactly payments. I also co-designed a YAML-driven framework adopted by production pipelines across Finance, Usage, Salesforce, Marketing, and IT.
I stabilized high-volume usage pipelines and designed workload balancing across 10 parallel tasks, cutting ingestion time from 6 hours to under 2. I also helped deliver month-end data by day 2 instead of weeks.
As Engineering Manager, I co-led the move from on-premises SQL Server processing to Azure Databricks, reducing runtime from about 2 days to about 2 hours. I co-defined the lakehouse architecture and owned warehouse transitions, including the move from SalesLogix to Dynamics.
Earlier, I built data warehouse integrations and reporting datasets for Percipio, developed Informatica workflows and dimensional data marts from Epic EHR data at UMass Memorial Hospital, and designed data processing components for financial services. I’ve led design reviews, mentored engineers, and worked across data engineering, analytics, governance, and production delivery.
