What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead and remain hands-on in AI-native product design for fintech, enterprise SaaS, or complex B2B2X platforms, partnering with product, engineering, operations, and compliance teams to turn complex workflows into usable products.

At Kwik Pay, I design end-to-end experiences for a multi-sided payments ecosystem spanning consumer wallets, merchant tools, workforce payments, and internal operations.

I turn Central Bank of Kuwait compliance requirements into guided merchant onboarding and consumer KYC flows, and have shipped QR payments, request-to-pay, workforce payouts, RFID-based Kwik Pass, and live operational dashboards.

Previously at UST Global, I owned both product roadmap and UX for an enterprise travel and expense platform. Redesigned booking and itinerary flows led to 40% faster task completion in post-launch usability testing.

Over 12 years at Accubits Technologies, I led zero-to-one design across 150+ products and directed UX for 350+ SaaS, fintech, and blockchain products reaching 10M+ users. I scaled the design practice from 3 to 52 people while remaining hands-on with research, prototyping, testing, and AI-assisted design workflows.

Uses LLM tooling to compress research and concept cycles and partners with compliance, operations, and engineering to translate complex financial rules into user-friendly workflows.
