I'm looking for fully remote legal operations or legal-assistant work supporting U.S.-based companies, legal departments, startups, or professional-services teams.

At Amuwa Olatunde and Company, I support litigation, corporate, transactional, and general legal matters by coordinating documents, research, deadlines, and matter information.

I research legislation, regulations, judicial decisions, and procedural requirements, then prepare concise memoranda, opinions, and other practical work product.

I draft and review contracts, agreements, pleadings, correspondence, and notices, and help with corporate due diligence and regulatory compliance reviews.
