At IOT Lenses, I launched and developed the purchasing area for a new manufacturing site in Obregón, creating standardized processes for raw materials, supplies, chemicals, and spare parts.
I source and follow up with local and international suppliers, manage purchase orders and supplier payments, and coordinate material requirements with Production, Customs, and Logistics.
I supported new product projects, generation changes, and the launch of two new product families. I also monitored inventory and analyzed purchasing data to improve supplier performance and order flow.
Previously, I prepared production plans at TE CONNECTIVITY and followed up on materials and delayed orders at YAZAKI. I hold a Diploma in Planning and Procurement from ITSON and a bachelor's degree in International Business from ITESCA.
