What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an accounting role where I can deliver accurate financial reporting, reconciliations, and budget reviews, while continuing my ACA learning. I want a results-driven team that values analytical thinking, accountability, and steady growth.

I’m a First Class Accounting graduate and Best Graduating Student in Accounting, currently pursuing the Associate Chartered Accountant (ACA) qualification. I’m performance-driven and motivated, with a clear focus on continuous learning and delivering high-quality results.

Through my Accountant (NYSC) role at Cocoa Research Institute of Nigeria (CRIN), I prepared payroll summaries exceeding ₦50 million and reconciled cash book records with bank statements, resolving discrepancies exceeding ₦4 million. I also prepared and issued staff payslips on schedule and supported payments using Remita and GIFMIS, while maintaining payment vouchers and financial records in Microsoft Excel.

Before and alongside this, I strengthened my accounting foundation through SIWES as an Accounting Intern at CRIN and student leadership as Financial Secretary for Dominion University Accounting Students Association. I managed and maintained funds, produced income and expenditure reports, generated daily/monthly/annual financial reports for executive review, and supported accurate accounting documentation using Microsoft Excel and transaction entry into DVEA.
